Everyone should make themselves very familiar with these rules. If you break these rules, we'll take whatever action necessary to reverse your actions. If you play nice, we'll play nice

I. Rules Acceptance

By joining Ethical White Hat Hackers you are automatically accept the terms and conditions of the guidelines. You are also aware of the punishments that are to be implemented if mischief occurs. Once registered, this rule applies to any level of membership from staff down to the members.

II. Modification of Rules

We reserve the right to change these rules at anytime for any reason with or without notice. We are not responsible for notification of Terms of Service changes it is your responsibility to check the Terms of Service frequently to keep yourself updated with our expectations and standards.

III. Prohibited Content

Here at Ethical White Hat Hackers we are not too tight about our posting, however, you must not have the following in your posts, signature, avatar, or any other profile fields.
* User Harassment & Disrespect
* Pornographic Images & Links
* Spamming, Trolling & Excessive topic bumping
* Account Cracking's or Important User Information releases or Staff only Info
* Viruses, Trojans, or anything to harm someone else's computer
* Hidden Advertisements
* Excessive profane language
* Cyberwar is not allowed at all
* We are very strict about the above content, which should not be intact on the forum at any time. If caught doing so, your actions will be reported to the administration, and the proper punishment actions will be taken.

IV. User Account & Rights.

1. Username Changes
Name account changes are a chance to give you a new name if you are bored with your current one, or other reasons. For members, this is available once per 3 months. For staff, it is available once per 1 month, unless there is a celebration or a holiday - they get it free from that day, but don't have to wait an extra month after the holiday. If you would like a name change, feel free to PM an administrator to do so, don't make a topic about it.

2. Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts are not allowed on Ethical White Hat Hackers. If you register another account to avoid a ban, suspension spamming due to some occurring fight or disobedience with one of the members and staff, you will be punished. The administration reserves the right to checks IP addresses of registered users, and bans the most recent one that was registered with, so it is meaningless.

4. Personal Messaging
You may use your PM box at any time throughout the forum to quickly contact the user you desire. Although, you may not send any restricted content such as pornography, viruses, links to your website/forums, or starting attacks and bashing a user with the use of profane language and/or spam. If you are caught doing so or witnessed this happening to you, please send an administrator a screenshot of the PM or forward it; proper actions will be taken as soon as possible.

V. Punishments Chart.

1. Warn Level
On a first offense, your warn level will be raised to 10%. On second offense, it will be raised to 20% and setting removed, as an example: You PM advertised. On second offense, you will have your PM rights removed for a certain amount of time decided by the administration.

2. Mod Queue & Posting Rights
If you are violating the Prohibited Content section, rule number 3, you may have your post rights temporarily removed, or even put on mod-queue, which means a moderator will have to check your posts before they will be submitted. This is on a second offense or higher.

3. Suspension & Ban
If you reach a high point of violation with our terms and conditions, you will have your account suspended for at least 1-4 weeks, or banned. If you disagree with this action, you may contact the administration at any time. This may happen on a third offense or higher.
It is up to the staff's discretion which punishment they use.

VI. Terms & Regulations Copyright.
Violation of any of these rules can lead to a banning of the user from our forums and a deletion of their account. The consequences will be determined by the Staff on a case by case basis. Thank you for joining Ethical White Hat Hackers and we hope you enjoy your stay.

VII. Posting
Any posts offering content for download must use external links or file sharing sites. The internal attachment system is not to be used.
When posting you agree that the administrators and the moderators or other staff of this forum has the right to modify, delete, edit or close any topic at any time that they see fit.
Check before making a post you may be posting duplicate content.

If you have any questions concerning this, please do not start a new thread, but rather private message to an administrator or moderator.

VIII. Shout box
Anyone posting request or links or asking for support in the shout box will first receive a warning if the user continues to disobey the rules he/she will be promptly banned from the shout box at our discretion.
